I personally met the wholesaler 3 years ago when I first started my floral business. I found her on Facebook and decided to message her and try out wholesaler roses directly from Ecuador. I was one of the few to find her and I’ve been a loyal consistent client as of today! She recently opened her floral shop where she has a diversity of flowers from roses, lilies, carnations, hydrangeas, etc… Her shipments arrive every Wednesdays and has them available in-store. Many of her orders are pre-ordered where you can reach out to her via Whatsapp. She also has an instagram where you can take a look at more of her catalog. It is best to reach out to her through WhatsApp where that is she takes most of her orders. Don’t expect to go in the store and have roses you want available! She’s gaining popularity and the floral business is becoming popular so it’s basically: first come, first serve. Please place your orders in advance if you need your roses. You may choose stem length as well which is awesome. I’ve been supporting her business since it is family-owned and she’s been in the industry for years. Her roses are absolutely beautiful and I’m never going to anyone else but her.

I am a home based florist in Philly, so this is the closest and should be the most convenient place for me to get my flowers. However, my experience with Andes Wholesale Flowers, specifically with the owner Veronica, has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They list a WhatsApp number in their Instagram bio for placing orders, and I also have Veronica’s direct number. Multiple times I have tried to place orders and she consistently does not respond or confirm or deny anything. The first time I reached out, I assumed my order would be confirmed. When I realized she was not going to respond, I had to spend an extra $250 on expedited shipping elsewhere just to fulfill my own customer order. The second time, I went in person to place an order while Veronica was there and I still could not place my order. I honestly cannot even explain why because communication was extremely difficult. I am not sure if it is a language barrier, but I truly do not believe that is the main issue. It comes across more as a lack of professionalism. If a large portion of your clientele speaks English, there needs to be a system in place to communicate effectively. The third time, I reached out

Wow one of the best flower shops in the city, wholesale prices for the public. I’m glad I came across this store where quality meets great prices.
